Marathon stream-proof setup: hide overlays from OBS and capture
Enable stream-proof mode for Marathon cheats—OBS, Discord screenshare, and capture card settings on Steam.
Streaming Tau Ceti IV raids while running Marathon cheats requires stream-proof mode—marathoncheat.net hides ESP and aim overlays from OBS, Discord capture, and most capture cards while keeping them visible on your monitor.
Enable stream proof in loader
Toggle stream-proof in the utility tab before injecting. Relaunch overlay if you switch mid-session. Pair with external cheat guide architecture notes—proofing works at the overlay compositor level.
OBS configuration
- Capture Marathon window or game capture—not desktop duplicate.
- Verify no ESP boxes appear in OBS preview before going live.
- Hide loader window from scene sources entirely.
- Use separate monitor for chat if possible.
Discord and capture cards
Discord screenshare uses similar capture paths—test with a friend before squad night. External capture cards may still film your physical monitor; stream proof does not help IRL camera setups.
Content strategy
Even with stream proof, avoid verbal callouts that reveal intel you should not have. Using cheats effectively covers behavior—not just graphics—for Bungie Marathon audiences.
Test capture every patch—Bungie graphics changes occasionally affect overlay layering on Steam.
